I am a Coach for personal and business relationships - My help is a good solution for people looking for support, personal development or business development.

I am a graduate of English and German philology. I also graduated in Journalism and Social Communication from the University of Wrocław. For as long as I can remember, I have loved and deepened topics related to personal development in the spirit of Nonviolent Communication. In my professional career, I was a foreign language teacher, performed PR functions, and acquired clients for language schools. I also worked in secondary schools as an English and German teacher. I have worked with children, teenagers, adults and seniors.

In my private life, I have been married to one husband for over 16 years and a mother of 5 children. I am familiar with the topics of sleepless nights, rebellious preschoolers, and school challenges for children and teenagers. I can be your support in the marital relationship and in communication with children and teenagers. I am a person open to the needs of others. I can listen in a way that makes you feel understood and supported in the change process. I believe that no one is broken, so I don't have to fix anyone. Every person has the potential to make changes in their lives. I am the one who accompanies, observes, asks and reflects your words, emotions and thoughts. If you want, I will support you in the process created by you. I will stay with you as long as you need it.

I also offer my clients support in returning to the labor market after a break caused by various circumstances, e.g. related to motherhood. I also help you find a new path for professional development. Together with my clients, I am looking for the best option for work-life balance in full acceptance of the possibilities and circumstances of life here and now.
